2. How do I know if you received my order?
Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email and tax invoice.
3. Is delivery included in the price of the gift basket?
The cost of delivery is not included in the price of gift basket. Please view our Delivery Information page for pricing and time frames.
4. What happens if the recipient is not home when the gift is delivered?
Our couriers will leave a calling card at the front door or in the letter box asking them to call to arrange a suitable time for delivery.
5. What happens if an item is damaged during delivery?
Sweet Baskets will dispatch a replacement. Please call our customer service team on 1300 88 30 15 to arrange a solution.
6. Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?
Unfortunately our couriers do not have a weekend or public holiday service.
7. What if I need my delivery to occur at a certain time?
The standard delivery service doesn’t allow specific delivery time requests. An Express 3 hour delivery can be arranged within the Sydney Metro area for an additional fee. Please call our customer service team on 1300 88 30 15 for assistance regarding any specific delivery arrangements.

9. Do you deliver overseas?
Yes, we currently use Australia Post for overseas deliveries. Please call our customer service team on 1300 88 30 15 for assistance regarding international freight pricing.
10. Can I change the contents or create my own gift basket?

11. Can I place large corporate or bulk orders?

12. What payment methods can I use?
We take all major credit cards including American Express, VISA and MasterCard. We also accept Paypal, and Direct Deposit (EFT). Please contact us for our Bank Account details for EFT. No Credit Card fees apply for online orders.
